We liked to location and the view of the inlet waterway but feel that the plant by the outside deck should be cut back to open up the view. Neighbors were nice and helpful. Had a problem with the garage and it was fixed promptly.

As a condo for at least 4 or 5 people, there was only one frying type pan so it was hard to make food. The rest of the utensils/plates/glasses were great and plenty but with only one pan, it was tough.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent location with nice deck overlooking water.

The keys didn’t align properly and took several minutes to open. The pots and pans were dirty with food stuck on them. We were given instructions to park car in garage, however the garage door was blocked by wooden shelves tied into garage ceiling and garage door would not open over 2 feet. The hair dryer was missing. We called and was assured it would be delivered by next morning but after 3 days, never arrived. The place needed cleaned thoroughly as the drawers were filthy. For example, under clean towels, was dirt, grime and screws. The redeeming factor was the deck which has a breathtaking view of the water and boats but sadly was blocked by a huge fig tree! The smell was extremely unpleasant and blocked any view of water. Additionally there were 4 remotes for 1 tv with no instructions. I only wish someone would have written about these issues before I made reservations.

The location was convenient to everything.

Light fixtures very unclean, no gfci breakers on the outlets near any water faucets, main shower was a disaster. The grab bar had black electrical tape on it holding it in but if you grabbed it, the bar came completely out. The shower head was set at one height and you had to stand at the back of the shower for the water to hit you. Outlets all need to be relaxed and updated to code. It definitely needs updating and work done on it. It was not priced high but would not have paid what I did with all of what needs done to it. You cannot park in front of the garage at this specific unit either. You had to park on the street. Was not so happy with it. Vacasa should make this homeowner make updates.
