Location was in a great area, with easy access to southbank, public transport and good food locations

Accessing the key for the apartment was extremely painful, having the location a fair distance from the appartments when carting luggage around, on arrival to get key looking up information in emails the link to information regarding key location had removed so had to call booking.com to get code for the key, after spending several minutes in the shop trying to find information for the shop worker to access keys for us, all while many customers trying to purchase goods around us, then once got to the appartments when carting our luggage to the location of the appartment, then had to call again to get what level the appartment was on and what the room number was. A much easier set up would be much more ideal in trying to get to the appartments and accessing information then having to drag luggage back to the shop to return keys at the end of our stay. Otherwise a good stay.

The position was perfect, great views & comfortable & clean

The key collection & return for me wasn't too easy, pick up, I parked at Woolworths & was ok to walk up to collect, returning was more difficult, I was lucky I had a beautiful person said he would help us, I left key in apartment & he came down & let us out of parking

Good location easy to walk into the centre and catch the tram, and clean

A lot of things missing including pillows and towels. Sofa bed mattress not fit for purpose and daughter bruised due to springs sticking into her. Slow to rectify issues and too late for our stay.
