It was huge. Big front yard and big back yard. Hosted 25 of us for a dinner out back. It was such a perfect locations. Don’t really have any neighbors so it was really nice.
I mean it wasn’t something I didn’t like. Being in a hot climate and older home, there is going to be some nicks and crannies. It’s not always super air efficient. But being from Texas, it wasn’t so bad for us. It really was such a good experience.

The property was excellent and larger than expected. The garden super beautiful and full of nature with only a couple of steps to the beach.

The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment you pull into the driveway you are in awe. It is truly a private oasis, seconds from the beach and minutes from the action of PDC.

Location was super close to the beach. House was perfect for a large group! There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. Neighborhood is very safe and comfortable to walk around in Lots of porches for slow mornings and relaxing nights amongst the palm trees!
