Everything was great.

It fully meets expectations. The back street is the city center where people are the most crowded especially in the evenings, but the street where the facility is located is very quiet. The room is very clean. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, stovetop etc. it's works well. The large balcony is very pleasant, especially after sunset. It is also very good to have mosquito nets and blinds on the door and window. Toula is very friendly and smiling. Thank you, hope to see you again.

The room is very nice, clean, with a big balcony and, even if it s close to the markets area, you can t hear any noise! Toula is an amazing person, full of joy and very welcoming. Hope to see you soon!

A superb, welcoming accommodation

Everything from the hospitality, warmth and services offered by the owner, to the facilities, the cleanliness of the whole apartment and the balcony with view to the Aegean Sea and Mount Athos had made our whole vacation seem as a trip to Paradise. The accessibility to nearby beaches and other historical, picturesque places makes the accommodation perfectly suitable for those who enjoy travelling, seeking greek taverns or bazaars and sunbathing on the large variety of beaches with crystal clear water. Last but not least, you always have the guidance of the owner who will always ensure that you are feeling the best way possible 🙂. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who wants to feel the greek experience at its maximum.

Everything was perfect; Tula is amazing (the owner). The location is perfect, right in the center, also the beach is few steps away. The room is exactly as presented in the pictures, big and very clean. The property also has a large terrasse well arranged. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Tula!

Ev sahibinin tavrı ve hijyen çok kötüydü

Sadece konumu iyiydi. Ücretsiz liman park alanına ve restoranlara yakındı.

Genel olarak hiçbir şeyden memnun kalmadık, ancak en önemlisi ev sahibinin tutumuydu. Son derece kaba, ilgisiz ve yardımcı olmaktan uzaktı. 3 gece konakladık. Temizlik yapılacak mı diye sorduğumuzda “3 günde temizlemeye ne gerek var” cevabını aldık. Havluların değiştirilmesini rica ettiğimizde ise “3 gün kullanabilirsiniz” dedi. Banyoda ne perde vardı ne de duşakabin. Duş aldığımızda her yer su içinde kalıyordu. Yedek havlu istedik, “balkonda vileda var suyunu çekersiniz” dedi. Ancak vileda kutusu da pislik içindeydi. Ayrıca balkonda klimanın suyu bir bidona boruyla bağlanmış, ama günlerce boşaltılmadığı için her yer su içindeydi. Genel olarak bakımsız ve hijyenden uzak bir ortam vardı. Banyodaki ışığı kapatmamız gerektiğini, çünkü havalandırmanın çalıştığını özellikle vurguladı. Ancak havalandırma zaten bozuktu. Bunu söylediğimizde “herkes tatilde, 2 gün sonra değiştiririm” dedi. Sonrasında biz evde yokken değiştirmiş ama cihazın kutusunu banyoda bırakmış. Mutfaktaki sünger inanılmaz kirliydi, belki de bir yıllıktı. Mecburen marketten 0,3 euro’ya yeni bir sünger aldık. Bunun en azından her müşteri için değiştirilebileceğini düşünüyorum. Ayrıca 3 gece konaklama için sadece 2 rulo tuvalet kâğıdı konmuştu. Bir gün sıcak su gelmedi. Kendisine arayıp söyledim. Meğer sorun sadece musluğun ters olması ve suyun geç ısınmasıymış. Fakat ev sahibinin cevabı “yapabileceğim bir şey yok, beğenmiyorsanız çıkabilirsiniz” oldu. Check-in ve check-out saatleri de ayrı bir sorun. Feribotla yeni gelmiş olmamıza rağmen, saat 4’ten sonra giriş yapmamıza kesinlikle karşı çıktı. Uzun uğraş ve rica sonucu saat 7’de check-in yapabildik. Check-out ise sabah 9’da. Daha önce hiçbir yerde bu kadar erken check-out görmemiştim. Ev sahibiyle tekrar muhatap olmamak için biz sabah 8’de evi terk ettik. Kısacası baştan sona inanılmaz kötü bir deneyim oldu. Bir daha asla kalmam, kimseye de tavsiye etmem.
