Great location, clean, well decorated room.
Delivery of iron and towels took a very long time. If short staffed for deliveries, then each room should have an iron. We had to leave for our event in wrinkled clothes after waiting an hour for the iron.

The downtown location was convenient and the room was spacious.
The check-in process. Our room wasn't ready until 40+ minutes past the check-in time, and we were among a group waiting. Upon arrival very little information was provided on when we'd be able to check into our room and nothing was done to compensate while waiting. We went and spent money on 2 drinks at the bar while we were waiting and then upon our actual check-in, were given 2 free drink vouchers which we didn't wind up even using while we were there since our stay was so short. The check-in was further disorganized once we received a text saying our room was ready. They could have expedited the line by having one for people with a text and ready room and one for everyone that was just arriving or needing something else because we waited another ~10 minutes in line after the room was ready. With a tight turnaround time for a dinner reservation, it was all very inconvenient and poorly managed.
