Welcome to your Steamboat Mountain retreat! Located in the sought-after Timber Run complex, this spacious top-floor 3-bedroom + loft condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities.
Just a short walk (3 blocks) from the base of the ski area, Wild Plum Market, and several restaurants, this unit puts you close to all the action while giving you a cozy home base to relax and recharge. Guests enjoy access to Timber Run’s top-tier amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts, a ski locker, and a complimentary winter shuttle service.
Inside, the condo features warm wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and large picture windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-concept living area includes a plush sleeper sofa, cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace with a slate surround—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and the crisp mountain air, any time of year.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful granite countertops and everything you need to cook meals at home. With seating for 8 at the dining table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar, there’s space for everyone to gather and enjoy.

I'm lumping 3 places in Timber Run by Retreatia in this review. It's a good reflection on the kind of quality you can expect from any of their properties! For the cost of a one bedroom hotel room, I was able to have a home base for 10 friends/family members at each place. Plus Timber Run has a very nice central gathering area for folks to grill, swim, play tennis, or just hang out!To nit-pick, the check in process was much more complicated than most VRBO rentals, but I think the additional paperwork is to help them when the inevitable bad faith customer is staying with them. There were some difficult to see places that could use more cleaning attention, even though the overall cleanliness quality was very high.That's it. That's all the bad things I have to say about Retreatia, just those two minor nit-picks. For Timber Run in particular, the only other thing I have to add to this is there are 3 hot tubs on location, but only one of them was working the first night I was there. But, I spoke with a unit manager and they got right on things. They were able to talk to the HOA and get a second hot tub up and running by night 2. The third hot tub was still cold after four nights. Good communication and assistance from Retreatia.Each unit came equipped with enough kitchen, coffee, grilling tools, towels, and other materials to make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.I highly recommend Retreatia and Timber Run for hosting vacations and especially large gatherings!

The condo itself was nice and worked well for a group of 6 friends that have been doing an annual ski trip for the past 20 years. We have stayed at Timber Run many times. This trip was a disappointment due to the huge changes in the property. The hot tubs were filthy and foamed like crazy. The pool was cold and filthy. In the past it was always always crystal clean and fun to go swimming in the winter, not this time!! The shuttle was a pain and you waited hours to get one. Guess we are going to have to find a property that is not managed by Retreatia. Every one we have stayed with and they managed was not a good experience. Will look at going with Vacassa for our next stay. They always had shuttles around. Too bad, Timber Run was a favorite.
