Gas central heating (gas extra) and electricity (8 kWh per day free) beyond 8 kWh it is extra. Enclosed wooded orchard, 1 car garage, private enclosed parking, boules pitch. Cleaning included. Towels and household linen: €20/person. Sheets: €6. Utilities: 8 kWh/day of electricity included (meter readings upon arrival and departure). Any excess is payable to the owner: billed based on actual consumption (meter readings). This is a non-smoking cottage.
