About this cottage rental
Goncourt, village of academicians, independent gîte adjoining gîte N°286. Restored house with private swimming pool (4x8 m, covered/heated 27° all year round), with counter-current swimming (massage), shared by the 2 gîtes. Ground floor: American-style kitchen, open to the dining room and living room. (American fridge, pierrade, fondue, raclette...). A Maillard fireplace will warm you in winter in the living room. Separate toilets. 107 cm flat screen TV. Tumble dryer.
Floor: 3 bedrooms, including 1 with 1 140 cm bed, 1 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with 2 90 cm beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet. Bed sheets and towels included.
Terrace 80 m2. Shared enclosed land 1,000 m2. Covered shelter. Mountain biking. Portico. Petanque. Tennis available. 3km. Bike apart.
obligatory cleaning €60. Please note the animal supplement will be payable on site to the owners
