Overall a good stay:
- Simone was a great host!
- top floor, quiet location, private residential area
- AC works perfectly in all the rooms
- fast internet connection
- dedicated parking lot
- big terrace
- 5 minutes driving distance to local beaches
- the fact that the property service charge, cleaning fee per stay, electricity fee per night and the towels and linens are not included in the original price doesn't feel right, in the end, for one week, all these increased our price by almost 30%. Even so, the final price remained decent, but I would have liked everything to be included.
- there is no coffee machine in the unit, only a tiny Italian espresso Moka, but it's just for one person, so making coffee for 2-3 persons could take at least 15-20 minutes.
