Very talkative host
Swimming pool was very nice

Very noisy rooms (you hear a lot of pets on the roof)
Water leaks in the bathrooms
Host charged us 300 baht for 2 broken glasses that broke so easily while washing, we didn't even dropped or bumped them.
A lot of convertible beds and one room was very small with very small bathroom.
