The number of steps. Would certainly suit a car driver better but the views were fabulous Bathrooms would benefit from modernisation

Fantastic views and well equipped, comfortable 2 bedroomed apartment above Port de Soller. Kitchen has everything needed for a self catering place for up to 4 people. Has a traditional spanish style ambience and comfortable beds

There's a price to pay for the amazing views over the bay and mountains beyond - If you dont have a hire car to get you up to the top entrance into the Montemar Complex via Urb Muleta 16 you have to negotiate hundreds of steps up from the lower entrance on Cami del Far 9 .... the address shown on Booking.com. Really hard going in the heat and very uncomfortable with any size of case. The alternative is a longer walk along an uneven coastal road up to the top. This is currently not stated explicitly in the blurb although the owners informed me a few days before arrival - The airport taxi transfer companies also seem unable to locate the top address ( 3 times this happened to us) so Id recommend sussing out the locale on google maps or similar and being assertive with your taxi driver on arrival. - - - Getting to and from any shopping trips with food and drinks is challenging too, as a consequence. The steep steps and terrain would make it impractical in my opinion for anyone with mobility issues or heart conditions especially in the heat and humidity of summer. - The check in time of 15.00 for this apartment is non negotiable which means lingering around town with cases for a long time if you arrive in the morning AND check out at 10.00 is also non negotiable with nowhere available to leave cases, we asked about options beforehand, so a long day mooching around town with bags if you have later flights from Palma. Both issues take the edge off the holiday in my opinion. Consider your options beforehand with these in mind.

alles, was versprochen wurde ist erfüllt worden. Die Abwicklung war sehr nett und total einfach. So soll es sein und deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
