O prédio em si é incrível, laser completo! Academia muito bem equipada, piscina borda infinita com uma vista linda. O apartamento é bem bonito e a vista é incrível também.
Deixou muito a desejar na limpeza. Principalmente no sofá, fiquei com nojo de sentar de tão sujo.
Minha mãe levou lençol e foi o que salvou, estendemos no sofá pra sentar.
Fora que havia embalagem usada de lubrificante na varanda, notei ao arrastar o banco pro lado cerca de 5cm. As cortinas soltas dos trilhos deu impressão tb de relaxo, pois são coisas simples de se ajeitar.
O empreendimento exige taxa de limpeza pra PET, mas nem minha cachorrinha deixaria um sofá tão encardido. Poderiam pegar o valor e fazer uma higienização no sofá.
