The caravan was lovely had everything we needed.
The twin room door didn't shut unfortunately. And the clubhouse entertainment wasn't great but obviously is no fault to the caravan itself.

Location excellent. Good walk along the sea front. Shops nearby. Good public transport.
Noisy road,however it didn't spoil our stay. Club house at New Beach very noisy, didn't use. Neptune very good.
