terrible beds!

ok appartement but could have been so much better. a-shame, I expected more on behalf of the reviews. hosts were friendly, but difficult to communicate if you don’t speak the same language. it shouldn’t matter though, because things should be in order.

the beds are made of wooden boards instead of a bed system. no support whatsoever, did not sleep! unacceptable, especially for this price. Little things could have made it better: not very clean (blond hairs and dog hairs), maintenance could be better (weeds, dead plants, broken glass window, shower silicone). expected a fantastic view, but it is not as nice as expected on the pictures are fresh fruit, tarts, olive oil ( do they produces this?) but we found nothing of the sort. all and all, we were glad to move on to the next location.

Wonderful appartment in nature with lovely owners.

This was one of the best holiday apartments I have stayed at ever. The property was incredible. We stayed as one of the first guests in summer of 2021. The owners are the kindest people and are always here to help as they live close by. They even brought us homemade pastries in the morning and they have an olive oil farm. The interior design of the house is exceptional and also all facilities are provided, more than one could expect! also the apartments are accessible wheelchair users And everything was perfectly clean. There is a huge living room/dining area which invites the outdoor nature inside through it’s beautiful glass wall. Also the property had a Jacuzzi overlooking the Umbrian Valley and the town of Assisi. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Posizione con bella vista sul paesaggio.

Spazi non troppo grandi ma ben distribuiti, il problema principale è stato il letto matrimoniale estremamente scomodo, la mancanza di privacy e il fatto di sentire chiaramente e distintamente quello che facevano nell appartamento accanto. Sarebbe utile un istruzione per l’utilizzo della tv e della piastra ad induzione.

Ligging (let op dat je er via Collemancio heen rijdt, ivm wegdek. Daar is trouwens ook il Rientro, een prima restaurant van dezelfde eigenaren., 15 min. te voet of met de auto). Fijn ruim appartement. Vriendelijke hond. Midden tussen de olijfboomvelden. Gewoon heerlijk.

Esperienza assolutamente da rifare

Posto stupendo. Padrone super alla mano. Alla sera abbiamo mangiato al suo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo con cibo di qualità. L'appartamento è moderno e spazioso con aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa ed è stata una esperienza meravigliosa. Immersi nell'acqua. 33 gradi con tutte le vetrate intorno che ci hanno permesso di vedere un susseguirsi di temporali e arcobaleni sulla piana umbra.

Magari consiglio una maschera per gli occhi perché alle finestre ci sono solo veneziane e se uno è sensibile alla luce un po' ne filtra dai bordi.

Super consigliato !

Ambiente meraviglioso , consiglio di usufruire della spa con vista sulle colline, relax unico . Da non perdere anche il ristorante con tagli di carne buonissimi . Gentili e accoglienti , ci hanno regalato un soggiorno stupendo.

Soggiorno di una notte al top

Ho organizzato una notte in questo posto bellissimo come sorpresa per il mio compagno...che dire, tutto perfetto. La vasca idromassaggio con vista panoramica è una chicca super! Poi avevamo un intero appartamento a nostra dispozione con due smart tv! Inoltre la colazione non era inclusa ma i signori, troppo gentili, ci hanno comunque fatto trovare parecchie cosette.

Colline Umbre da vedere.

Struttura recente fuori dalla città, con vista sulle colline molto bella. Appartamento spazioso con tutto il necessario per cucinare in autonomia, manca però la lavastoviglie. Fantastica la SPA con sauna e vasca idromassaggio, da prenotare per poterla usare in esclusiva per qualche ora. I proprietari vendono anche dell'ottimo olio EVO, da provare.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni tranquilli, quindi tutto ok. L'unica critica è riferita al materasso del letto matrimoniale, per noi troppo rigido. Probabilmente ai più giovani la cosa passa inosservata...
