Hessenstein vacation apartment with balcony and view of the countryside

On a small plateau with lush meadows, surrounded by the tranquil mountain forests of the 805-meter-high Daxberg, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, far from the roaring traffic of our times—this is where it comes true: “The dream of country living.” An old farmstead, a modern house, a place of hospitality and tradition, surrounded by unspoiled nature—no noise, no cars, a sheltered location, and plenty of sunshine, friendliness, and leisure time. Come and experience “life in the countryside.” You can also enjoy our farm-fresh products and the ambiance of our farm store. In our dining room, you can savor traditional Bavarian dishes (please note our hours of operation—closed Mondays and Thursdays, except on holidays). To relax, take advantage of our farm oasis (Klafs—sauna and hot tub) or our Kneipp facility in the garden. For our younger guests, a variety of play and recreational equipment is available. Our animals are also used to having visitors, both in summer and winter. They love every pat and every kind gesture. Feel free to contact us to arrange a guided pony ride! Would you like to explore the area? If the distance seems too far, why not rent one of our two e-bikes (for an additional fee) to explore our beautiful surroundings? We also have a trailer available that can accommodate the children. We’re also happy to provide a charcoal grill, subject to availability. The Hessenstein vacation rental is 40 square meters and accommodates up to four people.
