The Hart is a very clean and comfortable townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. Our family members rented this unit and the adjoining townhouse (Maxwell) and were all very pleased with both homes. Both homes were also well stocked with starter supplies. The location is within an easy walk or very short drive to the best restaurants and shops in East Nashville. Downtown Nashville is 5-10 minutes away by car. Isabeau, the property manager was very quick to respond to my questions before our stay and also very helpful to arrange for delivery of a pack-and-play and highchair that we forgot to request before our arrival. We will stay here again on future trips to Nashville and I highly recommend contacting Isabeau at Beckon Homes if you are planning a trip to Nashville.

This was the coolest and cutest home i’ve stayed in Nashville. It truly is a perfect location. Three minutes to stores like Publix, ideal for last minute snack trips, and 7 min from downtown!! Also the property management always answered any questions I had within minutes. The girls loved it and we would do it again a million times!!!
