About this house rental
A two minute walk to The Barn on the Pemi wedding venue. This unique four bedroom home has more than just the perfect location. Enjoy the view from the outdoor shower, relax around the bar, or just sit out on the porch and take a nap. We have been restoring this 17th century farmhouse for the last 2 years and it’s finally ready! Nice open layout to accommodate a family, wedding guests, or even a small wedding party. Only available May - September.

I stayed here with my Groom, a few groomsmen, and one Wedding guest for our Wedding weekend and it was just absolutely perfect. Right across for the Barn on the Pemi it was the perfect place to be for easy access. Plus when we inevitably forgot this thing or the other thing it was easy to run across the street to grab them. Added to the absolute perfect weekend. Plus the owners are so kind and so easy to work with! We are so happy with our stay here! :)

My friends and I stayed here for a friends’ wedding. We loved it. Tons of space and right across from the Barn reception venue. Great communication with host.

Our family enjoyed staying here! It was real close to PSU and downtown without being downtown. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to do some hiking and kayaking. Sean was very quick to respond to questions and made checking in and out very easy. Highly recommend!

We were going to a wedding at the Barn on the Pemi and this house was perfect place to stay. Owner Sean was very quick to respond and very accommodating-the house is spacious and clean with many updates-would highly recommend!
