Location
No bathroom as advertised
6.0 / 10.0
Pretty good position of the property with bare minimum to use for sleep and shower.
The bathroom had a lot of mold which I consider a health hazard. There was mold even on the curtains and overall the place did not seem clean.

Proximity to city centre. Price. Bed was comfortable too.
The shower being extremely low, the mould on the bathroom window, and no windows locking.

Location is great, really close to the centre. Everything was clear and easy to find
Room is a lit bit small for 3 people. Didnt have additionally supplies as dishes. Also it was Noisy outside.

Bad value for money.
Central location, but the area is dark, you have to walk a few scary blocks.
The neighbourhood where it is located does not generate a lot of confidence.
The locals don't recommend walking alone at night or in the early morning if you are coming back from a party, etc.
The photos shown here have little to do with reality.
Cleanliness could be better. Towels very old, rough, greyish from so much use.
They could at least invest in decent towels.
The shower cubicle is broken, it doesn't close, that's why they have put half a curtain so that it splashes less and doesn't flood everything.
In the "de luxe" double room, the bed barely fits, the table is stuck to the bed, the wall and the curtains.
Ants crawled up the wall and the curtains, they get into everything you leave on the table.
The balcony overlooks a corner where there are 3 large communal containers. You don't really want to open it and look out onto that view and aromas in the heat.
Anyway, if you just want to spend the day on the beach, stay outside and come back only to sleep, you might not mind the conditions.
There is no common area to be in, just the entrance hallway where there is coffee and a kettle.
It is 10 minutes from the Cathedral and tourist area, 25-30 minutes from the popular Malagueta beach, a very crowded area and where the water is dirtiest.

Nothing
Noisy. Bad shower. Put poo paper in bin and can't flush. Street light shining through curtains and room not dark to sleep. Noisy neighbourhood.

The room looks like a prison, we asked to change room no one replied, there was guests from other rooms making loud noises and talking loudly during the night, the shower was broken and they didnt fixed the shower.. we stay 3 days there with a broken shower.. I really do not recommend this hotel

The room has everything you need! Tv, private bathroom, balcony, mini fridge, shampoo and shower gel also AC. Downstairs there is coffee machine which is free of charge.
There was a cockroach in the room and the room wasn’t clean enough.. :(

There was coffee and tea in the hall - nice idea!
The walls are thin so everything can be heard from outside or from other rooms.
5.0 / 10.0
The hotel is located in the city center and the room is big.
The coffee and tea in the entrance.
The smell of smoke was horrible.
When we arrived all the windows were opened but the smell was super strong. I contacted the owner and he asked sorry as if he did not know but if the windows were opened is because he was trying to eliminate the horrible smell. I explained that the smell was unbearable but he just ignored my message.

Key box check in ment arrival time not an issue.
Good quiet location near plaza Merced.
Bars and restaurants near by.
10 min walk to Calle Larios.
Room 5 bed had "roll together".
Bottom fitted sheet was too small so came off.
Room 6 shower head held on with cable ties but came off when using.
No milk for tea at drink station.
Could not leave bags next day when sight-seeing

The staff was very helpful and flexible with check-in. We found free coffee and tea at the reception. Refrigerator in the room :)
Should be a bit cleaner (the table was damaged and looked unhygienic), give more towels, maybe a small piece of furniture for a suitcase, and a small litter bin in the room.

Clean and comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Free coffee was a welcome addition. Location fine - down at heel neighbourhood but close to Plaza de La Merced.
All online, anyone arriving without WhatsApp access will be stuck. Cold in winter

Location was good, clean place
Overwhelming smell of fruity cleaner or perfume.
Shower head was broken and wouldn't attach to neck of shower, meaning you had to hold the head the whole time to wash yourself.
Wifi and outlets wouldn't work if main light was turned off.
