Villa zasługuje na ocenę min. 20. Wszystko jest zrobione z szacunkiem dla gościa. Do dyspozycji są rowery, leżaki, parawany, a nawet hulajnoga dla dzieci, winko w pokoju na powitanie. Ekspres do dyspozycji gości to rewelacyjny pomysł (kawa bardzo dobra). Właścicielka zasługuje na szczególne podziękowania. Klimat tego miejsca to na pewno jej zasługa. Poza tym plaża bardzo blisko, okolica spokojna i cicha. Parking bez problemu. Pokoje urządzone bardzo funkcjonalnie i ze smakiem. Łóżko bardzo wygodne.

Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani Gospodyni. Znakomite trasy rowerowe oraz znakomite trasy biegowe w okolicznych lasach. Na terenie Wolińskiego Parku Narodowego urocze szlaki turystyczne, które bardziej przypominają szlaki w górach niż nad morzem. W lecie koncerty organowe w Kamieniu Pomorskim w ramach Festiwalu Muzyki Organowej (co piątek). Bezkresne plaże u podnóża najpiękniejszych w Polsce klifów (od Wisełki na zachód). Dziwnów jest uroczym miasteczkiem bez wielkich hoteli, a te istniejące są dobrze wkomponowane w przestrzeń.
