Das Apartment ist in einem sehr gepflegten Haus. Auch im Apartment war alles sehr sauber. Eigener PKW Stellplatz vorhanden, jedoch nicht für einen Van geeignet, da sich der reservierte Platz unter einem Baum befindet.
Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen.
Zur Begrüßung stand ein sehr schöner Proviant bereit.
Durch die kleinen Wasserfälle ist der Bach wirklich sehr laut, aber angenehmer als Straßenlärm.
Die Küchenfronten wurden mit schrecklicher Farbe verunstaltet, was sie minderwertig aussehen lässt. An Küchenutensilien ist nicht viel vorhanden, wenig Besteck, keine kleinen Schalen für Müsli oder Salat.
Kein WLAN zu haben ist heutzutage sehr selten.

Quiet apartment. Big bed. The sound of the mountain river, which, after getting used to, I came to like.
We found a food basket upon our arrival, equipped with some pretty tasteless snacks, but still, that’s a bonus.
There was nothing particularly BAD about this property - it’s just nothing was good (and bits of it very disappointing, because misleading).
First, the check-in and check-out process was annoying. After booking, we were instructed to collect the keys from a hotel about 1km away, and then bring them back after our stay. Luckily we had a car, but still it is quite inconvenient, and unprofessional.
The photos of the property are very misleading. The last seven (!) pictures are of the previously described hotel, which is 1km away. The apartment itself and its surroundings have nothing to do with those pictures. You can allegedly go the hotel to use the pool and have breakfast (for a fee, of course) - which is little to no use, considering that it’s at least 15min walk on a busy road.
No wifi! Ok, wifi was actually not mentioned in the property description, but also not something you’d think to check, much like the availability of hot water.
The property has been done up with zero attention to detail or aesthetic consideration, and poorly maintained. Bits of floorboards missing. Badly repainted kitchen. Wires sticking out of walls. Very old appliances. Fridge door wouldn’t shut unless pushed quite hard, same the washing machine, which was also a bit of mystery to operate.
No bedside lamps. No washing detergent. No dishwasher tablets.
And finally the location itself was not amazing: the property situated in a very sparse area, which is at least 20min walk to the historic centre.
All in all, I see no reason why anyone should choose this particular place when there are so many options in and around Riva del Garda.
