Very good location, comfortable, well equipped

Old style beautiful building at the coast. Unfortunately the sea side was under renovation, so I got apartment at the other side. The apartment was very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, oil and lots of plus.), big bathroom. Bedroom on the upper galery level.

The parking place of the big building located at the far end of the property. My apartment was on the ground floor with two very high big glass doors. I was affraid to leave them open during the night to have fresh air due to safety reason.

Les draps, tapis anti dérapant baignoire, barre pour se tenir de la baignoire,lampe ,horloge tic tac difficile pour dormir, stationnement éloigné et pas d’éclairage.

Les escaliers trop raide pour l'accès à la chambre, la cuisine bien équipée mais trop sombre,

Proximité de la mer. Literie confortable. Suffisamment de vaisselles .

Propriétaire non flexible sur les horaires d arrivé et de départ sauf moyennant un supplément de 20 euros pour 2h en avance . Première fois que l on voit cela. De plus nous avons été surpris de trouver un canoë kayak imposant proche du canapé ( cela s avère très dangereux car risque de chute car non fixé ) . Impression de déranger la propriétaire en ayant des problèmes d ouverture de la porte d entrée. Et enfin très chère pour les prestations sur place ( piscine gelé)

Très bon séjour

Emplacement de la residence, accès direct à la plage et 7 min des premiers restaurants du Croisic. Hauteur sous plafond qui donne une impression d'espace. Propreté de l'appartement.

Terrasse en rez-de-chaussée donnant sur l'entrée générale, côté parking donc passage, voitures et poussière.

Excellente localisation, appartement confortable et spacieux pour un couple. Équipement très complet. Environnement calme, en bord de mer avec en bonus la piscine. Accueil chaleureux, merci pour les attentions de bienvenue. Propriétaire agréable et réactive. Lieu de villégiature à recommander. Bon rapport qualité prix 😊

Logement propre et confortable. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, bien situé et bien équipé. Accès facile à la plage, Océarium du Croisic joignable à pieds. Disponibilité de l'hôte par texto: réponses rapides et efficaces.

L'emplacement est parfait.

Propreté très moyenne. Départ imposé plus tôt que prévu par Booking. Pas de volets ou de rideaux permettant l'obscurité la nuit.
