My parents Lloyd & Beverley Glieden had always wanted to buy this building. When they recently passed away, my siblings and I bought the building in honor of keeping the Glieden Legacy alive.

We have rented this property in the past to host guests for our annual meeting. The location can't be beat and the property is well-maintained with nice finishes. We will rent again! Highly recommend.

facilities very nice and spacious. Close, so can walk to stores and restaurants. Great restaurant downstairs. Spacious deck with view of water where boats coming in to dock.

My son is a performer at the Playhouse this summer, and my family wanted to travel see him from NC. Not only was this location perfect for nightly walks to the theatre, it had every amenity we could want or need, including a beautiful view of the lake. Wendy was friendly and responsive from booking through the stay. We are hoping to return next summer!
