About this house rental
In the heart of southwestern France, between the Dordogne, Lot, Gers, and Landes regions, Clos Thélème is located in a medieval bastide, sleeps up to 10 people, and is kid-friendly!
This is my home—I renovated it, I live here when it’s not rented out, I love it, and I feel right at home here. When you browse through the photo gallery or check out its #IG, you’ll already start to feel right at home, too. It’s spacious yet warm and inviting. I keep my belongings, my books, and my personal items there, as well as my children’s things—their games and toys. That’s certainly what gives it its soul.
So you’ll easily understand why I only rent it out to people who’ll take care of it as if it were their own.
It’s a place to gather with family and friends to share moments of great togetherness, to recharge, and to work peacefully with a good internet connection. The house was designed with the aim of fulfilling all these needs.
However, parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
Clos Thélème is within walking distance of all grocery and healthcare stores. The region is nonetheless brimming with wonders that will require a car. You’re 3 hours (3 hours and 13 minutes, to be exact!) from Paris by TGV via Agen (less than 30 km away), and 52 km from Bergerac International Airport.
Golf courses, water sports, hiking, tennis, and more are nearby or very close by, depending on the activity. There’s also a vibrant cultural scene: a great theater lineup, numerous festivals, and more…
Weekend rental from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon through June 26, 2022 = 2,100 euros.
Monthly rentals available from October 1 to March 31 at a rate of 8,820 euros/month.
During peak season, weekly rentals are available only from Saturday to Saturday.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant dans cette très belle maison ancienne qui bénéficie d un magnifique jardin et d une belle piscine. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et nous avons bénéficié d’un excellent accueil. Elle nous a aussi donné de précieux conseils touristiques.
Je recommande vivement.

La maison d’Annabel est superbe ! Un combiné parfait entre le charme de l’ancien dont la serre qui nous a ravis pour les apéritifs et longs dîners et le confort moderne avec sa piscine, le vaste jardin et tous les équipements (cuisine parfaitement équipée, salons confortables…). Les environs sont tranquilles et agréables pour un séjour ressourçant, avec un riche patrimoine culturel médiéval à découvrir ! Annabel nous a accueillis de façon royale avec de très gentilles attentions (légumes frais et locaux, adresses locales, petits déjeuners…), nous avons été gâtés.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L’hôte est aux petits soins pour ses invités et se montre très disponible. La maison et son jardin sont un petit trésor caché à quelques pas du centre de Villeneuve-sur-Lot. La maison jouit d’une véritable âme. Le jardin avec sa piscine permettent de se reposer au calme. En quelques mots, un séjour de rêve.
