Mehr Flair geht nicht! Ich habe schon viele Unterkünfte gebucht und achte dabei sehr auf ein liebevolles Ambiente. Hier sind meine, durch die Bilder hochgestecken Erwartungen, in der Realität noch absolut übertroffen worden. Das Haus, die Einrichtung samt Dachterasse waren mega! Man kommt rein und ist einfach nur glücklich, genau das richtige Gespür bei der Suchen nach einer tollen Unterkunft gehabt zu haben. Die Ausstattung war perfekt! Einfach alles da, was man braucht. Worauf man auf jeden Fall achten muss ist, sollten irgend welche Feierlichkeiten im Ort sein, von hinten uber die Landstraße N-340 Richtung Tarifa ranfahren, weil der Ort über die Navi-Wege bei Veranstaltungen kommplett abgesperrt ist. Einen Parkplatz hatte ich unweit des Hauses für 10,-€ den Tag dazu gebucht. War optimal!

Una experiencia maravillosa, básicamente un sitio espectacular de ubicación inmejorable, pero lo mejor sin duda además de esa terraza, es que te sientes en casa de un amigo, por los detalles y por el gusto por todo.

It has an incredibly authentic historical feel to it. From the moment you enter through the heavy ancient door to the moment you experience Vejer from the spacious and private terrace, Debra’s apartment just satisfies. The place is well suited to travelers who demand today’s conveniences. The new shower is the largest we’ve had in our 15 days in Spain. The bathroom is large, light, and well-outfitted. The bedroom is roomy, has a beautiful highly vaulted ceiling, and plenty of storage. A new smart tv is a nice feature. The living area is dominated by a large table that can seat 6, and has a nice little seating nook. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 4 burner range, large fridge, ancient marble sink, and enough pots, pans, and dishes to make all your meals there if you’re so inclined. Debra provides plenty of teas, seasonings and oils for your short term use. But, for us, it all came down to the place’s overall feel. We felt like we experienced historic Vejer. BTW, the location is very good. It’s not right in the central part of Vejer but you can comfortably get there in less than a 5 minute walk. Also, Debra is an excellent host. She answered all of our pre-visit questions over WhatsApp, checked in with us the day before and provided excellent directions, and worked through WiFi login issues immediately upon check in. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Only two very minor complaints: There’s a general lack of comfortable seating. Just one cozy chair, or a thicker cushion for the living area seating nook would make all the difference. For us, and this is probably way too picky, the mattress was too soft. Some people love that though so take it for what it’s worth.
