About this house rental
Welcome to Chalet Carmen, a home for friends and families to gather all year around. There's plenty of room throughout the two living areas, four bedrooms, outdoor space, and open kitchen to relax or plan your Breckenridge adventure. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by natural beauty and stunning views of the mountains, you're just a short drive away from downtown Breck, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Summit County hiking trails.
High-speed Wi-Fi and private parking are included.
LIVING ROOM
Complete with a telescope, a fireplace and comfortable couches, a bookcase with plenty of options for a weekend read, and a flatscreen TV. The stunning foyer at the entrance to the home has a stone inlay that follows up the staircase. Once you go up the stairs to the second living area, you'll see a landing with a table and chairs, rocking chair with ottoman, futon and TV, as well as an antique Thomas collector's edition radio.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is already stocked for your arrival, with bakeware, pots and pans, serving set-ups, silverware, and all the essential appliances, including a crockpot, coffee maker, and blender. There are two ovens, plus a convection mini-oven, microwave, and an outdoor gas grill on the balcony. The breakfast bar has seating for two.
DINING ROOM
Whether you grab take out from one of the many amazing restaurants in town or cook up a homemade meal, gather in the dining room to enjoy some food, family, and friends.

• Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, large window and high ceilings, a large walk-in closet, en-suite bath with jetted tub, separate shower and water closet, and double sinks.
• Second Bedroom: Full bed and closet, and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with double vanity and shower-tub combo.
• Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, a sliding door closet, and a dresser with a television on top.
• Fourth Bedroom: Back on the main level, this bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and it's own balcony with a firepit and amazing views.
• Powder Room: located on the main level for quick access from living/kitchen area, near garage and laundry room
LAUNDRY: full laundry room with washer and dryer
This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 6 months. Deals/Discounts/Specials Stay with us Monday-Thursday to enjoy discounted weekday rates. Extended getaway? Special rates offered for week-long and month-long stays.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home is not pet-friendly.

Amazing view and perfect for our stay. Loved the kitchen, tons of things to do. Amazing hikes, off-roads trails. The home and neighborhood was beautiful!!

This was a beautiful home that was well situated between Frisco, Breck and Keystone. We did have some challenges in getting the temperature inside correct, but the property manager was very responsive. Nice place and great stay.

Great stay at Chalet Carmen, plenty of room to spread out. The radiant heat flooring was nice on the feet. Close to Breckenridge as well as Keystone. Comfortable beds and 2 master bedrooms.
A hot tub would be the only addition toale it perfect. But thats just me being wishful.
Definitely would stay there again.

This was a lovely home for our family gathering. The management team was very responsive.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/ living area provided a comfortable gathering area.
