About this house rental
Located in a quaint cove on Lake Murray, this quiet and cozy property is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This spacious house has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and a king bed in the master suite. The open and airy living area is big enough for the whole family and more! The large back deck is partially covered to enjoy outdoors in case it rains with hammocks, outdoor bar, and comfy outdoor seating.
Take the natural stone walkway down a slight hill to your own private dock. Please note that there is no handrail and the path down to the dock is slightly uneven so it may not be suitable for some people. Enjoy the afternoon and unwind down by the water, do some fishing, or watch the sunset. A fisherman’s paradise awaits you!
The dock can accommodate two boats and there is a boat landing about 15 minutes away. Once you're out on the lake, check out some of the restaurants that are accessible by water nearby. Three trucks and boat trailers will fit between the driveway and the front yard.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway on the lake then look no further!
**The owner occasionally stays in a separate unit on the property. Guests still have private and full access to property amenities. At the most, the owner may occasionally use the dock for boat access.

Our Thanksgiving stay was terrific. It was a bit cold so couldn’t really enjoy the lake too much but there was a nice chiminea out back so we had a fire one night. The house was very clean and laid out great with plenty of gathering space. Jolanta even provided a roaster and disposable pans for the cooking. Very thoughtful!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this quaint lake house. The house is very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the lake. There are swings and a very comfortable oversized lounge chair. The cove is very peaceful as well.

Jolanta was a great to communicate with I only write the review as a courtesy to potential other renters, I would want to know. Upon entering the home, it beautiful, clean , well kept and well-stocked. We began to notice dead (large) bugs which communicated with homeowner and was told they are palmetto bugs and had been sprayed for the week before . Upon leaving , we removed the sheets and there’s a huge dark (looks like blood) stain on the bed my son slept in. He’s 17. When communicating with the owner , she said that she would have charged me had it not been for me taking insurance. This was disturbing to me due to knowing there is absolutely no way we created that spot we only had water for drinking , no was got hurt, we had a small dog who was monitored the entire time and never has accidents goes outside . The lake and area are beautiful! The homeowner is very easy to communicate with. I just felt like this should be a fair warning for other renters.
