Large 2 story home, 3 bedroom; 2.5 bath; spacious master bedroom with balcony; spacious living room; and large patio area with amenities for fishing; kayaking; and biking. Enjoy the relaxing backyard with comfortable patio furniture, and a great waterfront view. This house is located steps away from a common area pool, hot tub, playground, and a fishing pier. Very close proximity to the beach, biking trails, fishing parks, and boat/kayak launch pads. A great location for nature and outdoor lovers. Just a 20-minute drive with mild traffic to South Padre Island, TX.

Very clean, beds were comfortable but I will say the twin beds are suited to either shorter women and men or children. My Dad’s feet hung off the end but he said otherwise great. Master has roomy en-suite and 2nd bedroom has access to hall bathroom. Ceiling fans and tower fans in the bedrooms, big plus. Kitchen had both drip coffee maker and k cup machine. Great space outside for watching pelicans fly by in the morning and fishermen out on the water. Pool was easy to access and well maintained. Property is very convenient to HEB and Wal Mart. Quiet and no crowds, willl visit again!

Everything was so clean and the house was amazing! Great location and the dock and pool were the icing on the cake! We absolutely loved our stay!
