Welcome to Devisadero Cabin! Tucked in a small, wooded neighborhood, it is the perfect quiet retreat for a couple or a small family seeking a dog-friendly stay.

DETAILS
RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. We may also request a government-issued ID to complete the booking process.
SECURITY: For security, a camera is located at the exterior front entrance of the property. Tampering with the camera is not permitted.
AMENITIES: A starter supply of essentials (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) is provided; you may need to purchase more for your stay. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are included.
DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs welcome with an additional fee of $75 per dog (automatically applied if pup(s) added to reservation). Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Please be aware that while our home is professionally cleaned, there may be some lingering dog hair or dander. If anyone in your group has dog allergies, this may not be a suitable cabin for you.
WILDLIFE: Bears are common in the area. They are wild animals and should never be approached. Please secure all food items indoors and always lock your car and cabin doors.
TRAVEL INS: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for situations beyond our control unless the home itself is uninhabitable.

- 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge Strip
- 20-minute drive to Downtown Gatlinburg
- 25-minute drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Guests will have private access to the entire cabin. You'll enjoy a seamless and convenient self-check-in experience. We will send a message with detailed instructions and your unique door code three days before your arrival. Check-in is available any time after 4 PM.
We aim to provide our guests with privacy and a seamless stay. There is no on-site staff. However, we are available to assist you daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST via the messaging platform. We do our best to respond to messages after hours for urgent matters.
HOUSE RULES
- We do not allow parties, drugs, or smoking on the property.
- Maximum of 4 people.
- Must be 21 to stay (children w/ guardians allowed)
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM
- No fires allowed (including candles)
- Due to the open loft style of the bedroom, children must always be supervised when upstairs
- Maximum of 2 vehicles (RVs/ boats are not permitted) – please inquire before booking if you are bringing a trailer so we can help assess if it will fit!
- While this cabin is NOT located on steep mountain roads, the last 200ft of the neighborhood road is loose gravel/dirt and we do recommend AWD/4WD when visiting the area in the winter months

VERY CLEAN! Dog friendly Cabin, with out the dog smell!!! Perfect Hideaway for you and your significant other. Very close to gas station, Family Dollar, about a 15-20 minute drive to pigeon forge and not too far from Gatlinburg TN.
I highly recommend to Stay! The hostess stayed in contact with me the whole time, she had a very quick response time.

Very quiet, even tho people are close youndont realize they're there. The cabin had pretty much everything you needed. It was clean. Property manager was very patient with us and very responsive. We had a problem with the entry pad on the door and within minutes it had been resolved. Thabks again for a stress and hassle free stay.

We stayed for 8 days and found this cabin a perfect location for our family of three along with our dogs. The location was far enough out of town to feel like we were alone in the country but close enough to town to visit everything very easily. There are other cabins on the small road. Maybe 8 total. We never heard anyone that disturbed us. It was a wonderful property and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
