Fully equipped and elegantly decorated 135 sq.m. loft in Loutraki, with fantastic sea view. Top floor of a triple residence (independent apartment), on a private 6,5 acres plot. Walking distance from SPORTCAMP and Loutraki Rehabilitation Center. Family friendly, ideal for outdoor play in a safe area, but also romantic getaway for couples. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron with ironing board, fireplace, A/C and central heating. 5 minutes drive from the city center.
