La cercanía al parque del café. La amabilidad de la persona que me rentó el apartamento, siempre solucionó siempre atendió mis solicitudes, muy amables y atentos.
No tiene parqueadero propio, por tanto siempre estábamos preocupados por encontrar lugar en la bahía problemas para el agua caliente, los huéspedes no respetan los horarios establecidos y salían borrachos a gritar en los pasillos. No habían utensilios suficientes así que compramos, La verdad el lugar es muy diferente a como lo imaginé, el barrio si un poco complejo muchísimo ruido en las noches y madrugada
