I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment managed by Manisha, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! First and foremost, the location was absolutely strategic. Being just a stone's throw away from the Dubai Mall made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city's attractions. What truly set this place apart was the impeccable service and flexibility it offered. I arrived late at night, and to my surprise, Manisha was not only accommodating but also incredibly kind and caring. She went above and beyond to ensure that I could enter my room that very evening, and formal check-in took place smoothly the next day. Manisha's warmth and attentiveness truly made me feel at home during my stay. Knowing I had the flexibility to extend my stay as needed was a tremendous relief. In summary, my time at this apartment was marked by a superb location, outstanding service, and a truly wonderful manager, Manisha. If you're looking for a place in the heart of Dubai with all the conveniences, this is the one to choose.

It was next to the entrance to dubai mall. The rooms were clean, but some towels they gave us had stains on them.

The staff are not helpful at all. They dont have a proper reception. We arrived early and wanted an early check in, they couldnt give us which was acceptable but they didnt have any area were we can keep our luggage and when i asked for a solution they just shrugged and told us they dont know. However the hotel next to them helped us and told us there is luggage concierge in dubai mall where we can keep our luggage. Checking out was at 12, but they knocked on our door at 10:30 like they wanted to kick us out. Never booking with them again.
