There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
The seating and dining area is level with the tranquil canals and this brings gorgeous reflections and a feeling of peace into this 5 star condo/suite. With outdoor seating, breakfasts in the sun and watching the birds on the water is all part of the experience here
A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.
The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.
This condo is an ideal base for a family and children with a safety rail between the sun trap that is the lanai and the water inlet that you can sit out in front of.
A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention centre.
Being on the ground floor with no step access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice.

Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self catered trip.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

This is our second time staying at Storey Lake for the AAU volleyball tournament and we love it. (the drive and I-4, not so much) This unit is beautiful and very comfortable. It was a nice place to unwind. The family room space and bedrooms were so comfortable and the bathrooms, just right. The complex is great although I find the "no outside food and drink" rule a little ridiculous. Especially, when ordering anything from the bar takes forever. We also had a few gnats in the room and I contacted the rental company during our stay and got no response. However, it is Florida in June so I can't say I was shocked.

Everything about the property was amazing! The house was exact to the pictures! The house was extremely clean! The water park was everything!!!! My kids had a blast on the slides & of course I enjoyed the bar for adult drinks!!! Highly recommend & plan on returning soon!! 100 out of 100!!

The condo was wonderful. Nice details and conveniently located. The property is well maintained and the listing was very accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

Noisy and semi-unclean. Found mouse droppings on the couch. Management cleaned the couch the next day.
