This stunning two story beach side holiday home has amazing coastline views from both levels.
Relax and unwind as you enter the driveway to this tightly held property that has provided many weekends away with family and friends. The whole family will love the floor plan this property has to offer including six bedrooms, three large living areas, two bathrooms and much more! See below for the property lay out!
The Space:
Downstairs layout:
The light interiors have a contemporary twist throughout, with the family, dining and kitchen areas on the ground level. Sliding doors open onto the lawn and to the breathtaking beachfront. The heart of the home is the kitchen with a view that enjoys an island bench with Electric cooking, dishwasher, ample bench space and storage plus spacious pantry, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and much more! The welcoming family living areas extend to a rear outdoor courtyard complete with pull down blinds for all weather entertaining and a BBQ. Air conditioning/heating split systems installed in all the bedrooms and the lounge room.
Family room/ lounge room downstairs has lots of seating area for the whole family, a large TV
Large dining table with 8 seats.
Main Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, stunning beach views, walk in robe and a two way bathroom
Bedroom 2 has two king single beds.
Bedroom 3 has two king single beds and fitted robes.
Separate toilet located downstairs.
Laundry with washing machine.
Upstairs layout:
The stairwell leading to the upstairs living captures the holiday lifestyle perfectly, complete with a striking balcony that runs the full length of the home to embrace those twilight evenings and cool sea breezes. A unique separate living room at the eastern wing is complete with small kitchenette. Within this space are internal glass windows that lead to the games room and bar pool table included lots of fun for the whole family. Upstairs has Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, (heating & cooling).
A second deck at the rear offers an alternative space to enjoy the hills landscape.
Bedroom 4 has a Queen size bed
Bedroom 5 has x 2 king single beds and built in robes
Bedroom 6 has x 1 Queen Size bed and built in robes and access outside to the balcony

The property was perfect for a great family getaway, beautiful location and views of the ocean all the way across to Victor Harbor. Fantastic layout for the whole family to enjoy.

We are a group of 10 friends that go away once a year. This property was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and right near the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
