Our first floor location means you never have to wait for an elevator. It makes carrying groceries and pool toys right to your door effortless!
We want you to feel at home here. After all, you are on vacation, right? Our condo has been decorated with cheerful beach colors. The bedrooms are spacious. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has nice appliances with a smooth top range. We have also upgraded the floors throughout the unit with beautiful tile flooring. Best of all, with the open living space you will have a flat screen TV, great for rainy days. The ocean view from the living area and master bedroom is spectacular. After a long day at the beach, you can sit on the large balcony and relax.
Edgewater has a splash park for small children. Also, enjoy poolside pizza from Paradise Pizza. Poolside snow cone hut and dive-in movies are available during the summer.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a sleeper. The living room contains a flat screen television that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available through Edgewater. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.
The MASTER SUITE features luxurious king sized bed and private bath with access to the balcony overlooking the gulf. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closet. Your master bedroom offers a large TV with dozens of clear channels. You’ll also enjoy the large bathroom with shower and garden tub where you can relax and re energize after a day full of beach activities.
The SECOND BEDROOM is equally well appointed with two comfortable queen sized beds and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom has a cable TV and you can log on to high speed internet. This bedroom also has an adjacent bath with a very spacious shower.
The open KITCHEN area looks out over the water when you can often view dolphins. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. The very large bar seats 4 and makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6, and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

This condo is in the best location. Easy to get to and from everywhere. Very clean. Nice comfortable beds and linens. Veronica was quick to answer all of my many messages. This is a beautiful place and we will be back! Download the vamoos app and it it has the property map and. Nightly schedule.

We had a fabulous time. The condo was so home like and comfortable. We would love to make it a yearly trip. The pools and splash pad were a hit with the kids.

Renting check in and check out was great. Furniture fine, if it was mine I would replace electrical receptacles, do away with all the 1980’s mirrors, add new fixtures and granite countertops. Would not take much to make it worth the price we paid.
