Your Luxurious Mediterranean inspired beach front condominium awaits you! Unit 209 is the largest floor plan in the building boasting over 2400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge 440sq ft. terrace w/ gas grill. This upscale condo is professionally decorated w/ upgrades including travertine stone tile throughout except in the bedrooms (carpet), crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, 6 burner gas cooktop, separate icemaker, flat screen tv's, Gulf front spa like master suite w/ his and her closets, relaxing tub, separate shower, separate vanities and balcony access. Additional bedrooms provide en-suites for convenience & privacy. Amenities include, refreshing pool, spa, private beach walk-over, gated entry, assigned parking and fitness room. | | This beautiful vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom leading you to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the view of the gulf. The master bedroom retreat has a king-size Select-Comfort bed, an attached four-piece bathroom with a soaking tub and a two-person shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and shower/soaking tub as does the third bedroom which consists of a double/twin bunk with a private bath and shower/soaking tub. The 3rd bedroom comes with a twin over double bunk and private bath. The 4th bedroom comes with a queen bed. The chef's kitchen is all Viking® appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a six-burner gas range. The dining area has a table that seats eight and there four bar stools. There is also a gas grill on the balcony. Seasonal beach service (March - October) complimentary. Saturday to Saturday stays only.

This place is amazing. All Viking appliances in the kitchen including pans and a gas grill on the balcony. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, dish towels etc. And the location is perfect. Costumer service was very helpful and responded immediately. We will definitely be back

The condo was very spacious and had amazing views. The balcony was huge and we overall had a great time. With having toddlers I wish the condo would have been cleaner. Some examples were the bathtub in the master bath being dirty upon arrival and our feet were turning black from dirty floors. We also had difficulty with the air conditioning unit, our condo was 76/77 degrees all week. Otherwise the condo was great for our larger group.
