Whether you choose to spend your days hiking and riding bikes in Acadia, kayaking along the shoreline, or taking scenic drives across the island, you'll love coming home to a delightfully simple and well-appointed suite.
The main room brings together a sitting area with a sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player; a small dining space; and a kitchenette with a minifridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker to use when you're not downstairs grabbing something to eat at Colonel's Restaurant and Bakery. There are air conditioners in the living room and bedroom for your comfort, a second flatscreen TV in the bedroom, and free WiFi throughout the suite.

This suite is one of The Colonel's Suites, located just above Colonel's Restaurant and Bakery in quaint downtown Northeast Harbor on Mount Desert Island. You can easily walk to the harbor if you follow Main Street, Sea Street, and Harbor Drive, with a number of charming shops and restaurants located in the surrounding blocks. Best of all, the boundary of Acadia is only one mile north, so you can quickly reach such landmarks as Jordan Pond, Bubble Pond, and Eagle Lake.

Location: Great. Easy drive to almost everything in park. Northeast Harbor has several good eateries, small grocery store.Cleanliness: FineNoise: Air conditioners quite noisy. Can hear neighbors occasionally. Town very quiet in evenings.For the price, I feel there should be closer parking available without worrying about 2 hour limit until nightime. A few more amenities in the kitchen....sharp knife and cutting board for one.Overall, nice place with good location for visiting the park

Booked last minute, super easy check-in! Convenient location to explore the island as well. Overall would recommend.

Hotel-like accomodations near Acadia National Park. Clean. Loud air units, worse when it rains. Bed could use another blanket. Has sink, fridge, and microwave, no stove. Shower fills with water when bathing. Low water pressure. Can hear other guests.
