About this house rental

Comfortable restored chalet nestled in the heart of the Brionne countryside in a pleasant little residential hamlet bordering the heart of the typical village of Saint-Symphorien-des-Bois where, according to legend, the famous white horse of Henri IV was raised. Nestled in a lovely preserved rural setting on the immediate edge of a beautiful forest, fields and meadows (hiking trails on site) very close to the Chapel of Saint-Prix dating from the 11th century, referenced on the circuit of Romanesque churches) . Absolute peace and quiet. Comfortable B&B with a warm, Nordic-inspired contemporary character. Cozy, zen and soft atmosphere. Large sheltered panoramic terrace with a beautiful open view of the surrounding countryside. Vast natural landscaped grounds of 1500m² with a beautiful above-ground swimming pool (4x2m). Composition of the gîte: Detached house. Electric heating. Gite on the 1st floor: Living room-kitchen-lounge (sofa bed type "BZ" 2 p. 140x190cm as extra), 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190cm), shower room (shower/wc). Wifi connection by Airbox 3G/4g box, 5 GB offered per week (streaming not recommended, additional 5 GB option at €10). Land (1500m²) + above-ground swimming pool (4x2m) + sheltered terrace + parking + garage (1 space) + closed and secure bike room, all private. Shops & services 7 km. Station 7 km. Mâcon Loché TGV station 57 km.
