Literally enchanting setting on the immediate edge of a lovely little meadow surrounded by trees (where horses regularly graze) nestled on the banks of the Arconce (a small river full of fish crossing the town in a bucolic atmosphere of canals, hence its nickname of Charolais Venice), adjoining the medieval and commercial center of the village (all amenities on site). Many leisure activities (gastronomy, nature & culture) and a very rich historical heritage of the 15th and 16th centuries to discover (vestige of the fortified castle, Tower of Charles the Bold, Poor Clares convent, Benedictine Priory classified as a Cluniac site, bourgeois residences, fortified houses medieval, Ursuline convent…).
