About this house rental

Authentic Burgundian mansion of the early 19th century steeped in history (old forge), restored to the rules of the art, on a historic 5000m² estate nestled in the countryside on the southern hillside exposed and on the edge of meadows, within a splendid case of nature and preserved greenery. In the hollow of a magnificent landscaped setting of hilly bocage, literally enchanting. Superb landscapes & panorama. Quiet residential hamlet adjoining the typical village of Tourny (referenced 11th century Romanesque church, to visit on site) nestled in the heart of the Arconce valley. Spacious gîte with good comfort. Complete quality equipment. Warm country character combined with a careful heritage renovation (terracotta tiles, fireplace head, French ceilings, lintels… original). Very charming. Pleasant and cozy. Large exposed terrace. Large, well-kept garden, open to the surrounding countryside, with a beautiful swimming pool (8x4m), a pleasant orchard and a play area for children (swing). Composition: Terraced house including 2 lodgings (total independence without vis-à-vis). Wireless. Central heating (fuel). Duplex gîte. Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, separate WC, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed 160x200cm / 2 beds 90x190cm + 2 pull-out beds of 80x200cm which can be made into a double bed of 160x200cm), bathroom (bathtub), separate WC. Private terrace. Common ground and swimming pool. Private parking. Shops and services 6 km. Train station 15 km. TGV station Creusot 55 km, Mâcon 58 km. Group rental possible with the property's second gîte (reference 1884).
