Wonderful, well stocked and comfortable cabin with amazing skylights showing off the incredible grove of coastal redwoods right on the property. Although a bit dated, everything was very comfortable and clean and a wonderful value for summer in Guerneville. Would highly recommend based on value.

Yes, it's a older place and some of the fixtures are dated, like the ceiling fan in the den. But, the place is spacious, clean and very well stocked.

Surrounded by redwoods. Nice yard. Allows dogs.

Sofa was a bit old and squishy but not horribly so. No dishwasher.

Not a B & B, so no breakfast, but the property was spacious, homey, comfortable, charming, and well appointed. There were lots of different places to recline and relax, from the outdoor swing to the various arm chairs and sofas, as well as a variety of books, DVDs, games, and kitchen appliances to make use of. We especially appreciated the coffee grinder and espresso maker.

Despite all of the emails from Vacasa and Booking.com, the directions to the house were not easy to find, and both the check-in and check-out times were a little extreme. I was disappointed that my request to arrive a bit earlier than 4pm or leave a bit later than 10am was refused apart from paying an extra fee. I also think the property is set up more for a small group of people with a dog than a family with kids, but that did not take away from our stay.
