I had a fantastic experience at the Village Hotel Northern Point. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The location is perfect as we wanted to go to North of Jaffna. The views were also stunning, definitely had the perfect beach side views from the restaurant downstairs. The Chappati breakfast is definitely a must!
The staff were very accommodating too especially Suresh who was very happy to help us with everything, had a friendly face and seemed like he really wanted us to have the best time possible.
The cleanliness, some of the sheets had some stains but apart from that everything else was good

The location is beautiful. Our second room was fine. I had problems with the washroom. The washroom could be clean.
The hotel needs to be more organized. When we cheked in, they didnt give us the room that I booked online. They arranged a second room but it was meant for 3 people and we were 4. They added addtional bed.
We had more problems with the water in the washroom and leakage from the AC. We switched room on the 3rd night and the room was fine. I just had a bit of a problem wih the washroom. I think they could have really cleaned the shower.
