Sehr freundlicher und netter Gastgeber Alex.
Die Residence Leipardi-Gemini hat uns sehr gut gefallen – der Pool ist sauber und gleich in der Nähe,
Geschäfte sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar,
zum Meer sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß, und es gibt eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
In den Zimmern ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, alles ganz wie zu Hause.
Beim nächsten Mal kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Anlage, aber Ausstattung mangelhaft.
Sehr sauber, schöner sauberer Pool, schöner Weg zum Strand (ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Zu unserer Überraschung gab es beim Check-in Voucher für Strandliegen für den gesamten Zeitraum.
Uralte Möbel, unbequemes Bett, billige und/oder fehlende Küchenutensilien (keine Müslischüsseln, keine Schneidemesser, kein Schneidebrett etc.).

Tolle Anlage für Familien
Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage, der Pool ist spitze und sehr gut geeignet für Kinder. Kurze geh dauer zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Die Betten sind etwas unbequem.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Strandnähe
1. Lage: die Lage ist nahezu unschlagbar! Ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand.
2. Strandliegen und Schirme: wie erhielten bei der Anreise einen Gutschein für kostenlose Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand. War eine tolle Überraschung!
3. Grillmöglichkeit: Alle Wohnungen haben einen Grillplatz, den unsere Nachbarn ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wer im Urlaub gerne grillt, kann sich freuen.
4. WLAN: funktioniert nur draußen! Wer sich vom Elektrosmog erholen will ist hier gut aufgehoben.
5. Familien/Haustiere: die Anlage ist relativ groß, aber überschaubar, mit Aussenpool. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien und Haustierbesitzer als Gäste da, weshalb wir mit unserem Hund auch entspannt waren, wenn er mal gebellt hat, weil wir dann nicht automatisch das Gefühl hatten, wir würden stören. Wir hatten eine Gartenwohnung mit stabilem Zaun, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen konnte.
6. Service: der Check-In/Check-Out war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Beim Check-In wurde eine Kaution eingehoben, die uns beim der Abreise wieder retourniert wurde.
7. Einrichtung: Mikrowelle, Gasherd und Waschmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. Erstaunlicherweise waren die Betten sehr bequem (da haben wir in anderen Unterkünften andere Erfahrungen gemacht).
8. Öffnungszeiten der Lebensmittelgeschäfte: zwei Geschäfte (LIDL, VISSOTTO) sind keine 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt und haben täglich bis 21 Uhr (VISSOTTO) bzw. 22 Uhr (LIDL) geöffnet.
1. Grillmöglichkeit: was für den einen oder anderen positiv sein mag, hat uns etwas gestört. Fast an jedem Abend haben unsere Nachbarn gegrillt, die Rauchentwicklung und den Geruch empfanden wir eher als unangenehm.
2. WLAN: wir Erwachsene hatten absolut kein Problem damit, dass das WLAN nur draußen funktioniert. Wenn man mit einem Teenager reist, sollte man damit rechnen, dass sich das PuberTIER täglich darüber beschwert, dass es kein WLAN in der Wohnung gibt und man die Wahl hat, draußen WLAN zu haben und von den Mücken zerstochen zu werden oder die mobilen Daten in der Wohnung aufzubrauchen und die Eltern dann bitten muss mit ihrem Handy einen Hotspot einzurichten ;)
3. Einrichtung: ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Klimaanlage ist unserer persönlichen Meinung nach „schwach“, da hatten wir schon in anderen Unterkünften Klimaanlagen, welche im Nu eine angenehme Raumtemperatur ermöglichten. Leider gab es kein Backrohr und keinen Geschirrspüler, was aber nicht so schlimm war - wär nur angenehmer gewesen :) Beim Kühlschrank hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Tür nicht gut schließt. Wir hatten ständig Kondenswasser, das gefroren ist und mussten den Kühlschrank täglich trockenwischen.
4. Sonstiges: die Wohnung ist „leer“, d.h. kein Klopapier (nur die eine Rolle bei Anreise), keine Gewürze, kein Essig/Öl, Seife, Küchenrollen etc.. Ist absolut nachvollziehbar (Hygiene, Kosten für den Vermieter), aber es war für uns ungewohnt, gerade wenn man am Wochenende anreist und nicht immer alles mit hat und es von anderen Ferienwohnungen anders kennt. Handtücher und Wäschewechsel gibt es gegen Aufpreis, was absolut ok ist. Was wir aber sehr süß fanden war das kleine Fläschchen mit Spülmittel, Küchentuch, Schwamm und Spültuch mit Willkommensgruss :)
Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - die „negativen“ Dinge haben uns nicht allzusehr gestört, weil die positiven für uns überwiegt haben.

V jednoduchosti je krása. Ubytování jsem si rezervovali opravdu na poslední chvíli, všechny instrukce byly jasné, snadné a na místě jsem neměli žádný problém. Příjezd v noci, check in až další den dopoledne. Nevyžadovali po nás depozit. Parkování hned vedle ubytování. Čistý a udržovaná apartmán. Čistý a denně udržovaný bazén. Wifi fungovala bez problému. Dětem se zde moc líbilo.
Subjektivní - matrace a polštáře jsou starší a ne moc pohodlné. Doporučuji vyměnit za nové.
