This picture-perfect cottage is ideal for vacationing families. The large open living area is perfect for any size family. The bunk area is an excellent area for kids of all ages to hang out. And when sunshine calls, just open the front door and run right over to the neighborhood pool which is directly across the street, just like having your own private pool.
Parents, you're sure to love the look of this Caribbean cottage which offers a very unique floor plan with flexibility and privacy for the entire extended family.
Just steps away from the cottage, approximately one block, is the boardwalk to the beach access which has a covered pavilion with picnic tables and community restrooms. Around the corner is the Publix grocery store and the Destin Commons for shopping and Fun!
This property comes with 3 parking spaces.
Living room provides a Smart TV with Cox Cable
Bedrooms provide Smart Tv's to use personal streaming apps
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This place is beautiful, the location was great with just a block from ocean, and a really nice coffee shop. The only thing I would change about it, is having to move the grill, where it’s placed was a pain, but with some muscles we were able to move it away from the garage and house. We had a wasp problem on the front porch, but once I reached out to the manager, they had someone there right away to get rid of them. All in all, the place is wonderful and I would stay there again!

Minutes from beach. Great cozy house but we did have 1 issue. There were roaches (food roaches & Cockroaches) in kitchen & living room. I did call management and they sent someone out to spray but it didn’t kill many. I cannot stand roaches therefore I can’t give it 5 stars. We did have a wonderful time overall and it’s a great house.

Great location, community pool across the street, and overall very clean. Is this house functional for a large group? Absolutely, However lacks some essential amenities for being a “beach house”
No beach Towels or chairs, I understand that these things might be left behind by guests ( just charge an extra deposit for these things not allocated for at the end of the stay) not one working knife in the kitchen. One Dishwasher tablet for a four night stay. One trash can liner.
Thermostat is set at a “locked” temperature

Lovely Home with a perfect location for the Crystal Beach area of Destin. The house is a great and fun place. Stereo throughout the house was a lot of fun! Open concept is great and the furniture was very comfortable and inviting.
