Gorgeous waterviews! Direct waterfront home on Mashnee Island for rent. Private beach in front of home as well as sandy neighborhood beach to walk/bike to. The views are breathtaking and the home has just been refreshed throughout. You’ll love the decor and style. Open family room and dining area both face the ocean. First floor guest suite – The Anchor Room- has full bath and Queen over Queen bunk beds. The kitchen steps out to sunroom which leads to the garage.

Wonderful setting, relaxing stay, overall very positive. The property was clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Minor imperfections: we found the house small and somewhat cramped, given the price, and there were some oddities (very high counters, tiny kitchen space that was a challenge for any real cooking), but none of these things got in the way of an enjoyable vacation. A nice plus is that the the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway is only a short bike ride from the house.

I will say the bathrooms, upstairs bedrooms, decks, outdoor furniture, yard and ocean view are very nice. Check-in was easy. I would suggest though that the code to the door be the last 4 digits of the booking person’s phone # to make it easier to remember.The couches in the living room are not comfortable due to the squishy cushions. The oven needs to be cleaned. A little Easy Off would work well.

My husband and I had a wonderful get away to “On the Rocks!” It was our first time on Cape Cod, and this home served as a great home base. The area was so quaint and relaxing and was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for allowing us to have such a great stay!
