Welcome to Eagle View Retreat!
Family, Friends and Reunion Groups, this place is for you! Your group has access to 2 huge, 1700 Sq Ft, luxurious condos on either end of the same floor. Close enough to be together yet far enough away to get some private time!
Our condos are the perfect home base during your unforgettable vacation exploring Branson's famous lakes, family-friendly attractions, dining at great restaurants, going for a dip in the outdoor pool or taking in the beautiful scenery of the Ozark Mountains, all while making lifelong memories.
The elevator will take you up to your 3rd floor condos. Each condo has an open and spacious floor plan that flows from the fully equipped kitchen through the dining area and family room to the private balcony with scenic views of the beautiful landscape. Each condo offers 2 master suites (1 master suite has a kitchenette), jacuzzi tub and a large kitchen with everything you need for the cooking enthusiast. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. In addition, there are 4 flat-screen TVs with a 65” smart TV in the living room, games for all ages, 2 private balconies to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, in-unit laundry and plenty of parking. The condos are wheelchair friendly with wide doorways, one floor, elevator and parking lot ramp.
You will sleep well in any of our large bedrooms, each with big beds including 5 King size mattresses, boasting luxurious bedsheets, comforters and blankets. In addition to the bedrooms, the family room couches pull out into full and queen sofa sleepers. In our Treetops unit you can enjoy our NEW queen sofa sleeper with gel mattress that was purchased in April of 2023! You can count on the fact that you will be comfortable and have everything you need at your fingertips to make memories that will last a lifetime.
Our condo is conveniently located 1 mile from the US-65 highway giving you easy access in to all of Branson's famous attractions; Silver Dollar City (12 Min), Table Rock Lake (12 Min), Downtown Branson (8 Min), The Landing (8 Min), The Strip (10 Min), Top of the Rock (20 Min), Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex (2 Min) and all of the restaurants, activities and shows. You are located less than a mile from the best place to do your shopping…Super Walmart along with a Target, Aldi and various other stores and restaurants.
Our condo is only a 1/2 mile from the famous Branson RecPlex/AquaPlex which is a wonderful facility that includes a 44,000 sq. ft. recreation center with gymnasiums, fitness center, indoor track and a 12,000 sq. ft. aquatic center that are all available to you for a nominal fee. Adults and kids will both love visiting this awesome facility!
Who loves the lake? Our condo is a short drive to all three of the area’s pristine lakes: Table Rock, Taneycomo and Bull Shoals. Water sports enthusiasts can swim, water ski, wakeboard, tube, boat, sail, scuba dive, jet ski, parasail, kayak and, of course, fish. The lakes’ waters never freeze, welcoming visitors to enjoy activities on the water year-round. Enjoy easy access to the water at a number of public marinas and boat dock/launch areas. Several commercial docks offer fishing guide services and a wide range of boat rentals, including ski boats, pontoon boats, bass boats and wave runners.
Plan on golfing when you visit? Our condo is a golfer’s paradise! It is only 1 mile from nationally acclaimed Branson Hills Golf Club which is the Golf Channel’s “2021 Golf Advisor Choice” for the #1 best golf course in Missouri.

Beautiful condos filled with all we needed to spend a week with our children and grandchildren. Excellent location. Best way to tell everyone how great it was was our 10 year old grandson's reaction to getting home and feeling blue because the best vacation was over. Branson offers something for all and the condos felt like we were home after the days activities. Thank You!!

We had a family Thanksgiving here with both units and it worked perfectly! We were able to bounce back and forth between the rooms, plenty of space to dine/hang out! Beautiful area to go for a walk or drive into town for all the activities!

Our family vacation in Branson was excellent due to the fantastic condo accommodations. We stayed in two condos. The condos were clean, comfortable beds, decorated beautifully, well stocked. We swam in pool after our day exploring Branson. Pool was refreshing. There was plenty of room for all of us to play games and visit in one condo. The welcome Cooke’s were a sweet touch. Brian was very responsive and answered all questions. He anticipated my expectations. Clear instructions throughout the entire process
