About this apartment rental

The modernly furnished and recently renovated vacation apartment "Fewo-Llojan" is located in a quiet residential area in the climatic health resort of Wiesmoor in East Frisia with a lot of recreational flair. After a 40-minute drive you can reach several North Sea beaches (36-40 km). The 120 m² barrier-free vacation apartment consists of a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV and a children's highchair (on request). In the shared outdoor area with open terrace and well-kept garden, a table and chairs as well as a comfortable bench await you. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea in the beautiful nature. You also have a private barbecue for enjoyable hours in the evening. From the property you can reach two bakeries in 2-3 minutes by car (2km) and a variety of restaurants within 1-6 km (2-8 min by car). After 2 km you will also find a grocery store. The golf club "Ostfriesland" is only 1.4 km away from the house (17 min walk). The surrounding area also offers a variety of recreational opportunities, such as cycling, hiking or swimming. The popular cities of Emden and Wilhelmshaven are 40 minutes away by car. In the town of Norden (one hour by car), you can enjoy the sandy beach or take a ferry to the island of Norderney or other Frisian islands. The nearest international airport is outside Bremen, an hour and 10 minutes away by car (100 km).

Pros: Super nette Gastgeber. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und außerhalb der Stadt gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe. Terrasse und Garten sind zum Verweilen sehr schön angelegt. Der Hof war früher Mal ein Bauernhof und wurde zum FeWo Domizil sehr schön umgebaut und eingerichtet. Ein Wiedersehen ist immer Willkommen. Rhododendron ist weit verbreitet und lässt sich super Fotografieren wenn er Blüt. Die Wohnung ist über 2 Etagen begehbar für 6p. max. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Doppelbetten. TV, Radio, WLAN, Spülmaschine, Trockner und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht für einen schönen Urlaub in Wiesmoor. Sogar die Hunde hatten Spaß mit dem Rasenmäher Roboter. Der schlimmste Jack Russel Terrier Niedersachsens war mit zu besuch, Die Vermieter blieben cool. Danke Dafür. Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit waren mit vielen tollen Ausflugtipps. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und schön groß. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank! Familie Helfrich
