With its Alpine style, the Landhaus Lodge Maxima embodies everything that makes a vacation in Kaprun special. Best of all: As you swim laps in the on-site pool, you’ll look out directly onto the Kaprun Valley. The winter slopes and the trailhead to the Kitzsteinhorn are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You’ll enjoy your vacation on a private floor reserved just for you. Our four bedrooms are spread across the entire floor and include a loft with two extra beds. From the loft, you look out onto the open living area, which exudes a warm vacation atmosphere thanks to its abundant use of wood. The living area also opens onto your own garden, where we’ve set up a fire pit for you. The outdoor staircase leads directly to the scenic pool, where our lounge chairs invite you to soak up the sun for a while. Of course, we offer free parking and free Wi-Fi for our guests.

The kitchen is also fully equipped: a 4-burner stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The accommodation also features a shared washing machine and an iron and ironing board.

The surroundings: The ski slope (350 m) is within walking distance and offers direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. Kaprun also offers the perfect selection of restaurants to suit every palate—from traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine. Additionally, there are numerous shopping options in the center of Kaprun, which are only about 400 m away as the crow flies (ADEG, Neumair, etc.). For golfers, a 36-hole course awaits at the Zell am See Golf Club (6 km). Salzburg Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car or train (80 km).



At Landhaus Lodges Kaprun by we rent, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in modern studios and apartments with stunning views. The property serves as an ideal base year-round: in winter, it’s just a five-minute walk to the Maiskogel ski slopes, and on hot summer days, the on-site pool beckons.

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
