Excelente apartamento! Totalmente equipado. Seria perfeito se a Tv fosse Smart, houvesse ar condicionado no 2º quarto e a vaga de garagem fosse maior.

A vaga de garagem precisaria ser um pouco maior, pois acaba por ser necessário manobrar o carro com cuidado, sob pena de esbarrar em algum dos pilares do edifício. Mas isso é um problema crônico nos apartamentos de Ubatuba.

Apartamento com todos os itens necessários, muito lindo, perto do comércio e bem silencioso para dormir a noite é a segunda vez que fico no prédio a Maria e Claudete muito atenciosas , adorei minha estadia.

The owner of the apartment is really kind and available, the problem is that she doesn't leave on town. The apartment is well situated close to the main touristic street for restaurants. Size is good for a couple with 2 kids but be aware that the small room doesn't have air conditioned and it gets quite hot at night ( the fan is not enough)

The apartment was delivered quite dirty, the owner fix it the next days, however looks like it hasn't been clean for a long time. Wasn't for that I may have not repair in other details that I didn't like it, like cheap chairs on the living room that doesn't fit the high of the table. The lack of renovation in general. I think the pictures are taken when the apartment was new ( you can see from the furniture and because of the walls are painting and not scratches as in reality). I think for that price the apartment should be spotless.
