Just wrapped up an amazing 10-day stay in Pune, and it couldn’t have been better! The villa was absolutely beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and hosting fun get-togethers. Truly an ideal party place with the right vibe. What made the experience even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and always just a call away. The owner was especially attentive, making sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay. And the location? Couldn’t have asked for better, prime, convenient, and close to everything we needed. All in all, a perfect stay. Would definitely love to come back!

Stayed at Royal Luxury Stay during my first trip to Pune for a competition, and honestly, it turned out to be a great experience. As a student traveling for the first time, I was a bit unsure about accommodation, but this place exceeded expectations. The apartment is very spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary utensils and facilities, which made our stay super convenient. A special mention to Rohan Sir, the owner he is extremely humble, supportive, and approachable. That really made a difference, especially when you're new to a city. Overall, the comfort, location, and hospitality made my Pune experience smooth and memorable. Definitely a great option for students or groups coming for events or competitions. Would highly recommend!

Easy to locate, spacious , availability of all the facilities. Near to several eats joins, safe apartment.

The host called me 1 night before the check in date and asked for extra money of Rs 4000 stating I have booked for 1 room property and offer another property of 2 BHK, whereas the booking clearly said it was a 3 BHK apartment. He went further to suggest compare the price of similar properties in the area. The place could have been clean and old items can be discarded. Despite multiple request , mosquito liquids were not provided, the TV never worked. The staff were unresponsive on many occasions.
