    All good, booked a single room got given a double. Room was clean, facilities were all good. Just a grab and go breakfast is on offer, but order was accurate and delivered to my room at 7am as requested.

    This hotel is very good clean tidy has parking and the staff are first class I've been working in ashstead not to far away and there is hotel's closer which I've stayed in but this is the best one nothing is to much trouble for the staff I'm staying here from now on well done the staff

    The room has been cleaned with highly fragrant substances that are Impregnated into all of the soft furnishings. For people with breathing difficulties or a heightened sense if smell it is impossible to rest ir sleep here. Even with ventilating the room We had to leave hotel and drive home and forfeit our costs of having a good nights sleep
